The Chakra System 101

You are MORE than just a physical body. You have an energy body as well – and this energy body determines how you feel, how people respond to you, and literally creates your reality. The chakra system is part of the energy body and is made up of 7 main levels, which correspond to various organs and systems of the body, the energy of which can affect various circumstances in your life.

This course is an introductory dive into one of the most practical systems of spirituality, and will explain how the health of your chakras affects every part of your life. This course will empower you to heal blockages in your energy body, regain your balance in areas of your life that need attention, and gain a deeper appreciation for yourself and others.

You’ll learn about each chakra’s individual characteristics, the advanced chakra system, how to balance them, the possible causes for energy blocks, what happens to your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health when your chakras are in or out of harmony, and how to use crystals in overcoming energy blockages.

The course covers:
· Understanding Chakra basics
· Locating the main Chakras in body & the advanced chakra system
· Understanding noticeable issues from blocked Chakras
· Identifying Chakra blockages in your body
· Learning to unblock your Chakras with crystals and aromatherapy
· Understanding all about the purpose of each chakra
. A guided meditation to unblock each of the 7 main Chakras.

*No prior knowledge is required but does require you to have an open mind

*This course is applicable for all age groups interested in chakra healing and Meditation

This class will run about 2-3 hours depending on the number of students and questions. Please have a notebook to take notes. Please also make sure you have a quiet place to sit for the meditation at the end of class.
