This class provides answers to these questions and more.

In this class we’ll explore the following topics:
• What are spirit guides?
• The relationship between spirit guides and the higher self, and the ways you might experience their presence
• Examine how to connect with your spirit guide
• Explore the primary forms they take and the functions that specific spirit guides carry out to help you progress along your life plan.
• Introduction to various psychic abilities and learn about the importance of setting intentions when communicating with spirit.
• How to protect yourself from negative energies that rise either within yourself or from people and places around you.
• Examine what crystals are, how to use them to connect to your spirit guide, and the different types of crystals that you might want to use.
• Divination and the various tools that can be used.
• Automatic writing
• Meditation (learn the difference between traditional meditation and a psychic meditation used solely to meet your guides, how to meditate to connect with spirit guides, and how to prepare yourself and your environment for meditation.)
• Dream recall to intensify the connection with spirit
• Typical blocks from communicating with your spirit guide
• How to maintain and build your connection with your spirit guide through your everyday life

By the end of this class, you will:

• Have the ability to open yourself up to a higher awareness.

• Have the skills to connect with your guides through divination, meditation, and dream states.
• Be aware of your vibration and how to raise it.
• Be able to build a foundation for a long-lasting connection.

*A meditation will be done in class to help connect you to your spirit guides.

The aim of this class is to help you form your own personal connection to a higher intelligence and walk the path that is your purpose in life.

This class will run about 3 hours depending on the number of students and questions. Please have a notebook to take notes.
